What is SurePrep Outsource?
 

Your staff scans your client's tax documents
(W-2s, 1900x, K-1s, etc.)

 The scanned documents and other relevant tax files are uploaded to SurePrep's secure U.S. based servers

SurePrep organizes the documents into a web-based tax files, then
SurePrep accountants prepare the return using the Tax software of your choice.

Once complete, you access and review the return on your private SurePrep website. If necessary, the return is modified by you or your SurePrep team.


The goal of SurePrep's tax preparation service is to cut your costs by up to 50 percent. At the core of our service is a unique internet-based document management tool that makes it easy to securely share your clients’ source documents with SurePrep's accountants.

With SurePrep, original client records never leave your premises. Using SurePrep's secure browser-based application instead, they are converted to electronic files and stored on our U.S.-based servers so they can be accessed from anywhere on the Internet. Completed returns are ready for review within one to two working days in a file format compatible with your tax software. If changes are necessary, you or SurePrep can easily adjust returns online prior to client delivery. In addition, you have the option to keep returns and related work papers on our web-based document management system for as long as you need them.
